Surface—3PE Pipe

3PE Coating is prevalent in pipe system for oil, gas water and other fluids. It includs 3 layer coatings.

• First is FBE Coating. It is a fusion bonded epoxy, the thickenss should be larger than 100μm. (FBE＞100μm）
• The second layer is adhesive. The function is binding the first the third layer. The thickness is between 170 to 250μm. (AD: 170~250μm)
• The third layer is PE. PE is polyethylene.

This coating can help strengthen the mechanical properties of pipeline. So 3PE Pipes have good resistance to water, electrical, mechanical damage, aging and wear.
