Performance Characteristics
High strength: T-Grade alloy steel pipes can still maintain high strength at high temperatures, can withstand the pressure brought by high temperature and high pressure media, and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system.
Good toughness: With good impact toughness, it can prevent the pipeline from brittle fracture due to impact or vibration within the normal working temperature range.
Creep resistance: ASTM A213 alloy steel tube have excellent creep resistance under high temperature and long-term load, which can effectively delay material deformation and extend the service life of the pipeline.
High temperature oxidation resistance: Under the action of chromium and other elements, a stable oxide film is formed, which can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment of 500-650℃, resisting high temperature oxidation and steam corrosion.
Thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is moderate, which is conducive to heat transfer. In heat exchange equipment such as boilers, it can effectively transfer heat to the medium and improve heat exchange efficiency.
Thermal expansion coefficient: The thermal expansion coefficient matches well with other metal materials. During temperature changes, it works with other components to reduce stress concentration caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
