3PE pipes is useful for longer the service life of API X60 PSL1 Pipes.

Due to the complex apply environment and inevitable damage in the operation and transportation, the coating of pips will be aging or defects. 3PE API X60 Pipe has three layers of protection to minimize the adverse effects of damage.

The three layers are: FBE coating first, middle is adhesive layer, polyethylene layer outside.

3PE pipe is designed for more than 30 years application, and it has great advantages in construction and industrial pipelines. Generally speaking, all kind of steel pipes could do 3PE coating, such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel.
