A105N Weld Neck Flanges Inspection

6 Inch Flanges were inspected according to ASME B16.5 standard.

Surface: Visual check and hand touch, they are smooth without defect

Marking: Check the marking content if they are correct. For example, the description of Flange WN 6″ #150 Sch80, RF, ASTM A105N were marked as “6 Inch 150# WN RF SCH80 ASTM A105N ASME B16.5 16083”

Pressure and Size: Measure the diameter of flange hole, thickness of flange and raised face.

Stainless Steel 316 Gasket Inspection

Stainless Steel 316 Gasket Inspection

SS316 Gasket were inspected according to ASME B16.20 standard.

Material: Used the spectrograph to test the main chemical data.

Size: Measured Spiral Wound Gasket Dimension D1, D2, D3, D4 and T.

Marking：Checked if “Spiral Wound Gasket 8″ #600 RF, ASTM SS316” were marked as “8″ 600# 316+316/FG+316”

A193 B7 Stud Bolts Inspection

A193 B7 Stud Bolts Inspection

These Stud Bolts were inspected according to ASME B1.1 standard.

Size: Measured the bolts diameter and length. Checked nuts type and fit with both end of stud bolts.

Flange Sets Package

• A193 B7 Stud Bolts were packed in waterproof paper bags. We marked the size and quantity on each bag, such as 27 sets of M30x195 Stud Bolts.
• SS316 Spiral Wound Gaskets were put into small wooden cases which filled with soft material to avoid the damage.
• A105N Weld Neck Flanges surface were painted black and packed in big wooden case. Each flanges were wrapped with plastic foam.

We marked the packing list and shipping mark on each wooden cases for picking easily by customer.

A lot of detailed packages have been taken before delivery. Every step has been supervised by our staff.
