In fact, poor manufacturers is to reduce costs, they use unknown pipe or other raw materials, some procurement of engineering surplus material, some procurement of steel processing defective pipe and test machine products, some procurement has reached the use of End-of-life scrap gas transmission pipe, some use low-grade steel to replace the high grade.For example, using GB/T 8162 seamless steel tubes instead of GB/T 8163 seamless steel tubes, and even use welded steel pipe to replace seamless steel pipe. These will be brought endless hidden dangers in the future.

End Preparation

Most pipe fittings will be weld with piping or pairs fittings  in the engineering site. This requires roundness, thickness and groove of Elbow End, Tee End, Reducer End and Cap End must be excellent, otherwise it will bring difficulty to weld in the engineering site, and then affect the engineering welding quality. Some people think: our pipe wall thickness is more than the customer requirements, should not be a problem. As you can imagine, too thick end thickness will also cause the scene can not be welded
