It covers 45 Degree Elbow, 90 Degree Elbow, Equal Tee, Reducing Tee, Cross Tee, Full Coupling, Half Coupling, Pipe Cap, Socket Weld Union and Swage Nipple.

Pressure

The pressure rating are 3000LB/SCH80, 6000LB/SCH160, 9000LB/XXS, and threaded elbow pressure rating are 2000LB, 3000LB and 6000LB.

Application

ASME B16.11 Forged Steel Fittings are commonly serves in the areas of petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power, aerospace, military, fire fighting, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, and environmental protection which require high pressure bearing capacity and precise size.

NPT & BSP Threaded Fittings

1) ISO7/1 is the international common thread seal pipe thread, thread angle is 55o, conicity is 1:16. Internal thread has Rp and Rc two types, while external only has cone-shape R. Besides, Rp-R is more active compares with Rc-R .

2)ISO228 is the international general non – thread seal pipe thread (British Standard Pipe Thread), thread angle is 55o, internal and external thread are both Rp.

3)ANSI B1.20.1 is American thread seal pipe thread, thread angle is 60o (NPT), conicity is 1:16. Both internal and external thread are Rc. It  frequently serves in high temperature and high pressure pipeline.

AMSE B16 11 forged fittings use NPT more often. Though thread angle is different, NPT and ISO7/1 (BSP) can connect with each other in the diameter of 1/2 and 3/4 because of their same thread pitch.
